Review of Unshed Tears by Made-Nice [Poem]

A good review of a good poem has the power to make it a better piece of literary work hence the need to provide a brief and concise review to the poem titled Unshed Tears. The poem was published yesterday on this blog. Read the POEM here. This is also a fulfillment of our promise of bringing the review to you. Anyway, this is an auto review by the author, done in the light of how he sees the poem, however, this does not prevent the public from making their valuable criticisms as it relates to the situations around our society today. "Unshed Tears" is a write up stating the argument of an UNBORN CHILD who is denied the chance at a lifetime by his parents because they feel they are not ready to welcome another individual into their lives and the world at large.

Stanza one of the Poem is directed to the would have been parents of the child. Here the child starts that he was to have a greater influence in their lives if he was rather alive than dead.

In stanza two, the child expresses its disappointment at the horrific act of denying him/her life by the parents for whatever flimsy excuse they had considered in justifying their acts.

The lapse in moral judgment of the parents and the deep spiritual implication attached to the act of abortion was brought to the limelight in Stanza three; this point is strongly backed by an example from the Holy Bible.

Finally Stanza four is born out of love for the parents even in the face of disappointment and denial of life and to round it off, the UNBORN CHILD still sees hope of redemption for his loved parents.

This Poem aims to address a very critical aspect of our lives in the 21st century. Aborting your Fetus only leads you to commit a grave sin, let’s not kill our future for the purpose of today.

Question: In your candid opinion, would you subscribe to abortion for whatsoever reason? If YES, why? And if NO, why? Please share this article also.
