Ikor Felix aka Made-Nice hails from Benue State in Nigeria, he is a composer, a rapper/singer and a poet, he started writing songs and a bit of poetry for the fun of it in the year 2005 which he however put it aside to pursue his University Education.

On completion of his first degree from the Benue State University, Makurdi, he picked up his pen and notepad once more and started writing once again. He had his first studio recording in 2013 and since then has put out a list of very beautiful songs which have endeared him to lovers of good music in the nation and also earning him a #TNMA (Top Naija Music Award) Nomination in 2014.

Following a string of successful individual singles he had previously released, his first EP titled Long Overdue which boasts songs of international standard was dropped in March 2015 and was wonderfully received and still enjoys airplay across the nation. He is currently working on his first studio album set to be released before the year runs out.

Made-Nice also has a flare for poems and it’s no surprise to know that what he started as a hobby have grown to a professional level, he has written many poems, some of these have been used for a continental compilation of poems about Africa’s capital cities with Abuja as his focal point, other poems by him cut across social issues such as love, the state of the nation, personal struggle of the underprivileged etc.

His poems are as original and relatable to everyday situations and are still endowed with all the necessary elements to give it a artistic appeal, just as his songs are. Unlike the regular artists out there, he is musical eclectic; he is easy going, fun loving, humble and has a huge passion for football.

You have not seen the best of Made-Nice yet, for a fact he just got started because like he once said and I quote, “With every creative work I put out, it has to be an upgrade on the previous ones before it.” Read his first published poem on this blog here.
